Delivery area

We currently deliver within Sydney and selected surrounding areas. Use the postcode checker on our home page to confirm we deliver to your area before placing an order.

Delivery fee

A flat delivery fee of $20 applies to all orders.

Processing time

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.

Pre-order items

Some products are offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items will have a clearly stated estimated delivery date on the product page and at checkout. These delivery estimates override standard dispatch and delivery timeframes.

Payment for pre-orders is collected at the time of purchase. Our current pre-order batch is scheduled for delivery on 28 August 2026. If a material delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

For in-stock items, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. Timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
