We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or items no longer required, except where required by law.
If we approve a return in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, the request must be made within 14 days of delivery, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not designate any products as "final sale". Where returns are accepted, they are subject to the terms of this policy.
Pre-order payments are collected at the time of purchase. If a pre-order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our standard refund policy applies.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide reasonable evidence (such as photos).
Where a product fails to meet consumer guarantees under the ACL:
We understand moving timelines can be time-sensitive. Where a product arrives faulty or damaged and reasonable evidence is provided, we will prioritise assessment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as practicable without requiring the original item to be returned first. In some cases, we may ship a replacement before the return process is completed to minimise disruption.
For faulty or damaged goods, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any associated return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging, unless the return is due to a fault or damage.
Return shipping must follow the instructions provided by us; the return address may differ from the original delivery address.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe once the return is received or the issue is confirmed.
